Ball Mill maintenance support

Due to extenuating circumstances CMI was request to offer advice on a secondary Ball Mill pinion issue that had been causing the client years of concern. CMI found alignment issues both with the Pinion and the Girth Gear, which after investigation had been from initial installation 20 years ago. After this finding we set about outlining a management plan for the client.

A girth gear and pinion replacement was realized and the Mill has since remained trouble-free.
