CONDITION MONITORING SERVICES

Our condition monitoring services division allows clients access to an array of technical services that ensures reliability of a plant is maintained at an even keel, meaning higher availabilities and greater utilization being achievable.
Our reliability technicians are able to be mobilized fast, more often than not, being at your site within 24hrs, anywhere in the world.
We only use up to date equipment by industry leaders which give fast, effective and easy to understand results so our clients fully grasp the condition of their machinery. We have acquired a full range of equipment which fully complements each other, that can verify results from the individual instruments.

SHAFT LASER ALIGNMENT

We can perform basic shaft alignment tasks right through to complex gear train alignments where multiple machines are to be aligned relative to each other. We can also execute problematic alignments with our specially adapted mountable brackets which allow us to monitor the thermal growth of machines from cold to hot, all while still having machine guards in place, which means no safety risks are imposed to personnel or equipment.
Proper machine alignment has proven, beneficial results over the years, yet many companies still avoid having this task performed. By getting your machines aligned within specific tolerances relative to RPM the shafts operate at you stand to save in the following areas;

Our lasers are the latest technology touchscreen units with a built in gyroscope allowing fully automatic screen correction to ensure orientation is correct, and movements are made accordingly. Fast measurements, fast movements = fast results!

GEOMETRIC LASER SYSTEM

Our geometric laser system allows us to measure straightness, flatness, and bore alignments on a multitude of machines and set ups.
Machine beds, Sole plates, Base plates, Gearbox bores, Heavy Diesel Engines, Industrial compressors and Turbines; we can align from new or verify alignments as a 3rd party service provider.
Our technicians have vast experience with such alignments in mining, oil and gas refineries and marine. Having worked to Royal Australian Navy, Lloyds Inspection Agency for Offshore and Marine and Rolls Royce Marine Propulsion standards we understand the criticality of alignments and have delivered them to the highest standards.

THERMAL IMAGING

To complement our laser alignment and vibration analysis services we also supply and perform thermal imaging inspections to help identify previously “hidden” issues. Thermal Imaging is a non-invasive, cost effective and very fast method of checking for the onset of failures in electrical, mechanical, process and building areas.
We only use products from the market leader in thermal imaging for accurate inspection results.
